Readiness-check answers
The assessment runs in your browser. Answers stay in the current page’s memory and are not sent to us, an insurer or an analytics service. They are not saved in cookies or local storage. Reloading clears them. Browser back navigation may restore the page, so use Start over or reload on a shared device. A copy you choose to print or save is your own local file.
Display preferences and tracking
If you change the color theme, the site stores that display preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. Our own website pages do not install analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, third-party fonts or a chat widget. The embedded Jotform is a separate third-party service and may load its own fonts, scripts, cookies and usage-measurement features.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Those server operations are separate from the assessment.
Website search
Search matches your words against an index downloaded with the search page. The search words are processed in your browser and are not sent to us or stored by the site. Following a result loads that page normally.
Quote requests through Jotform
The quote page loads an embedded form from Jotform as soon as you open it. Jotform receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, when the form loads. It may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure and measure use of its service. See Jotform’s privacy policy.
If you submit the form, Jotform processes the information you provide for the form operator, such as contact details, date of birth, property information, coverage preferences and claims information. We use quote inquiries to respond and assess what further information or insurance assistance may be appropriate. Any insurer review or transaction is subject to the applicable professional, insurer and privacy requirements.
Your readiness-check answers are not automatically transferred to Jotform. You may use the educational guides without opening the quote form. Do not enter payment-card details, Social Security numbers or sensitive documents into this inquiry form.
When you email us
We receive the sender details, message and any attachment you choose to send. We use that information to respond and manage the inquiry. Email providers and service providers involved in handling the message may process it as part of providing their services. Contacting us is not consent to publish your information.
Keep an initial message limited to general information. Do not send sensitive identifiers, payment information or full policy and consumer-report files. If further details are needed, ask for an appropriate secure channel.
Retention and requests
You may ask about access, correction or deletion by contacting the email above. We may need to confirm your identity and may need to retain information for applicable legal, recordkeeping or security obligations. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion promise is made by this policy.
